In 2004, he graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Ulyanovsk State Agricultural Academy with high honors. Since 2006, he has been working at Ulyanovsk State Agrarian University as an Associate Professor of the Department of Surgery, Obstetrics, Pharmacology and Therapy. He has been the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology since 2019. In 2007, he completed his dissertation for the degree of candidate of veterinary sciences on the topic: "Usage of natural sorbents in treatment of purulent wounds of animals (experimental clinical study)", in 2013 he received the academic title of associate professor. In 2020, he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Veterinary Sciences in the specialty 06.02.04 - Veterinary Surgery. He has been teaching since 2006. He conducts lectures on the following disciplines: "Organization of Veterinary Medicine", "Fundamentals of Veterinary Medicine", etc. The project "School of Animal Breeders" is on stream with his participation within the framework of a scientific and educational cluster created in Ulyanovsk region. He devotes his professional work to helping animals and training veterinary specialists for the agro-industrial complex of the region. The main direction of scientific research is surgical pathology of animals and its comprehensive study involving various research methods (clinical, morphological, biochemical, histological, radiological, bacteriological, etc.), which allows to reveal pathogenetic mechanisms of disease development and to prevent and treat non-contagious diseases with surgical pathology more rationally. He is the Deputy Chairman of the Public Council of the Veterinary Agency of Ulyanovsk Region.
The total number of publications is 231, he is co-author of 3 monographs, there are 9 articles in the international database Scopus and WoS, as well as 66 articles in the publications of the ARAC list, 3 patents for invention and 7 patents for utility model. |
